The Model 811 is one of Josef Hoffmann’s most famous chairs for Thonet (often also called the "Prague Chair"). Designed in the late 1920s and early 1930s (often attributed to collaboration with Oswald Haerdtl or Josef Frank), it combines Thonet's classic beechwood bending technique with the geometric lightness of Viennese Modernism.

The backrests are covered with the classic Viennese cane webbing.

In good vintage condition with minor signs of use and age as shown in the pictures.
